Welcome!

Ready to create the life you were meant to live?

Ready to release past pain, move through overwhelming emotions, and reconnect with what truly matters to you?

I support people who are seeking healing, meaning, and lasting change. Together, we gently explore what’s been holding you back and begin building new ways of responding to life—ways that feel aligned, grounded, and sustainable. Through creative, evidence-informed practices, you’ll learn tools that reduce stress and internal conflict, increase self-awareness, clarify your values, and reconnect you with your strengths.

I work with individuals navigating PTSD, trauma, bereavement, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and addictions. My approach is client-focused, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with safety and trust as the foundation. From there, we collaborate—building resilience, expanding choice, and supporting you in creating a life that feels meaningful and truly your own. As an interdisciplinary artist, art therapist, and counsellor, I curate compassionate, creative spaces where emotions can be expressed, regulated, and understood.

You don’t have to do this alone.

What Clients Are Saying

“The newly introduced art therapy program at the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre Society has provided our clients with a safe and comfortable environment that also adds stability to their lives. I witness firsthand how the program benefits them, allowing them to process emotions and express themselves through art. This program is also very valuable for the population we serve as it gives them a sense of community and togetherness and encourages proactive and productive activity in their day-to-day lives. ” Jaden – Development Services Operations Manager
